Isn't the Willaura Hotel closed?

Yes sadly the Willaura Hotel is no longer open. However each year for the Farm to Pub, a "pop-up" Pub now opens at the Willaura Rec Reserve in it's place. So instead of finishing in front of the Pub in Main St, it now finishes at the Rec Reserve.

How do I get to the start line?

Thanks to Christian Bus Company, we offer a “park & ride” service, where you park at the Recreation Reserve and a bus will take you to the start line. You must reserve a seat when you register as spots are limited so please register early to avoid disappointment! If you have someone dropping you off at your start line, please refer to the route page to guide you where to go.

Please note - it is participants responsibility to get their own bikes to the start lines if they are riding.

Are there drinks stations?

Yes, we have drinks stations at the 4km, 8km, 11.4km & 14km marks.

What about after the run?

The Recreation Reserve has showers for you to freshen up after competing, so you can relax in comfort whilst you buy a raffle ticket, enjoy some delicious food from the BBQ and enjoy a cold beverage at our pop-up pub.

Is it still a handicap event?

The Farm to Pub is no longer a handicap/staggered start event, with all competitors in the same category starting at the same time.

Where does the money go?

In 2025 all proceeds went to the One Red Tree Resource Centre supporting mental health and training and raising mental health awareness in rural communities.

What time of the day do the events happen?

It can change from year to year - however refer to 2025 times below as a guide.

How can I help out as a volunteer?
